School Information

As you pull into the parking lot, proceed around the loop to the right. Stay in the far right lane to drop-off. There should only be one line of traffic! Pull as far up as you can. There will be teachers and staff directing the flow of traffic. Please see the map below. We will let seven students out at a time--four cars before the crosswalk and three cars after the crosswalk. Please do not park in a parking space and have your student walk up to the building from your parking space. PLEASE do not block the crosswalk. When you exit the parking lot, it is a RIGHT TURN ONLY.

We will follow the same procedures outlined above when loading students into cars in the afternoon. All cars that are picking up car riders in the afternoon must display the Antler Pick-Up Tag with the name of the child and grade clearly written on it. You must stay in your car, and we will load your student into the car. Please put away electronic devices and be alert to staff and their directions at all times. When driving off, make sure seatbelt and/or car seat is secure. Always be patient and courteous to other drivers and people.

**There is absolutely NO DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP of students on Lone Oak Drive at any time or in our bus loop area.

**These procedures will take time at first to master, but we get very quick at unloading and loading students after the first couple weeks of school.

If you are walking with your student on the Lone Oak side (east side) of our building, we are asking you to drop your child off at the sidewalk. There will be a faculty member standing in that area, ready to welcome your student and direct them where to go.

If you are walking with your student on the west side of the building (bus loop area), there will be a staff member waiting by the two fence lines (right at the edge of the bus loop). The faculty member will welcome your student and direct them where to go.

When waiting for your students at the end of the school day, please meet them in these same areas. Also, please don't encourage your student to run to you. Please let our staff members release them to you so we can be aware of who is going home with whom and where the student has exited the property, etc.

Students riding the bus will be dropped off and picked up by the bus in the bus loop. We will have a staff member waiting to receive them as they get off the bus and direct them where to go.
